Every citizen of Giles County and Pulaski needs to watch this video detailing a public official, who is running for re-election, giving a false statement to the police. Giles County Commission Meeting video 7-27-2011

In the below video you will see the 2011 Giles County Budget Meeting in which the Giles County Commission voted on adding three positions back into the budget which had been removed previously by the commissioners. The commission voted not to include the positions into the budget when it failed to receive the required two thirds vote by the commission. You can see in the video at 12 minutes 6 seconds the vote clearly failed but the positions were included in the budget and County Commissioner Terry Harwell was hired for one of the positions which was in the financial management office.
